The Disowned came together during the Grunge years as a backlash against the Alternacrap that was the norm . While the disowned were rocking the scene back during the 90s it was not without incedent. The band eventually broke up due to one of the members being charged with Armed Robbery. Another member of the band Also packed it in to become a Lobster Fisherman while Marco went on to join the Italian Mafia.
